SGV Bimmer Inc

A shame I did not find SGV Bimmer sooner. Clement and his team are quite friendly, very transparent about everything they do, and use quality parts. I had my BMW serviced and asked for specific maintenance items, including spark plugs, transmission fluid, brake fluid, and so forth. Instead of simply taking on all of the work, Clement advised me about some of the things worth postponing as they were not quite due for maintenance yet. Clement even provided a loaner car when I wasn't expecting one (was more than happy to sit and wait in the lobby/waiting room). I don't normally leave reviews, but I feel compelled to simply based on how well Clement and his team treated me during my v…

Clement and his crew are the best! I usually take my car for maintenance with SGV Bimmer but I made the huge mistake of going to a “friend’s” shop to get my brake pads changed and was having issues with the sensor. Clement and his guys figured out the problem and told me to take it back to the original shop to have them fix because they didn’t want to unnecessarily charge me but I told them just to make the repair because I know that with Clement and his team, the job would be done right and of course, it was! The issue was fixed in 20 minutes! LESSON LEARNED: I’m only trusting SGV Bimmer with my car from now on!

I’ll never take my BMW anywhere else but here! Clement and Peter are excellent mechanics—they are honest and only fix what needs to be done without price gouging like others. They will keep contact the entire time your vehicle is there and update you as they go. What I appreciate most is that they use all genuine BMW parts and will show you and explain what’s wrong with your car. They are BMW specialists and extremely knowledgeable about these types of cars. My car had numerous problems after I bought it from a scammer on the street. I brought it here for repairs, and it turned out the timing chain was completely broken and the turbo was failing. Clement really went above and beyond to fix m…

Clement is the most honest and competent BMW mechanic I’ve met. Found his shop by accident when my M6 broke down in L.A. I live in OC and the car was away from my trusted OC mechanic. Was afraid of being taken advantage of but decided to trust the reviews rating. I now have a trust LA area mechanic in Clement. He fixed the needed issues and addressed other possible issues that other shop would have taken advantage of for thousands. The nature of owning a bimmer right? Does not have to be that way if you come across Clement. Very honest guy and so so experienced with BMW. He fixed things that other shops would have gone to the “catalog” for. Give Clement your business. You won’t go wrong.
